PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
TRADITIONALLY, YOGA WAS TAUGHT BY ONE TEACHER, DIRECTLY TO ONE STUDENT. The ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to benefit the needs of the individual student. The group classes of today are wonderful in many ways – practicing with a group can be fun, energizing, and contribute to creating a strong community. However, in a group class, the teacher is not always focused on or able to deliver type of attention and guidance we all need at one time or another.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION may be one of the best ways to begin, return to or advance your yoga and movement practice, affording a more intimate view into your personal discipline. It helps deepen your existing practice and can work to address a specific goal, injury, or concern. From beginners to advanced practitioners to those desiring more therapeutically-oriented applications, private instruction can help address individual needs and goals.
