CORPORATE WELLNESS
Elissa offers YOGA AND MOVEMENT INSTRUCTION FOR CORPORATIONS, SMALL BUSINESSES, AND EVENTS. Providing her expertise in yoga, movement, breath mechanics, and corrective exercises grounded in functional anatomy and biomechanics, Elissa will tailor a program that addresses the postural challenges that the business environment presents and best serves her students’ needs.
Employees are also provided with accessible practices, therapeutic applications and Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball rolling techniques that can easily be incorporated throughout the work day to help reduce stress, eliminate pain, improve concentration and facilitate balance and ease in the body.
LACK OF ACTIVITY DESTROYS THE GOOD CONDITION OF EVERY HUMAN BEING, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it. Do not ask for less responsibility to be free and relaxed—ask for more strength!
Resource Wellbeing is founded on the belief that we each have the capacity to find, discover, reconnect with and draw from our inner and outer resources to support and embody our fullest potential.
