Elissa offers YOGA AND MOVEMENT INSTRUCTION FOR CORPORATIONS, SMALL BUSINESSES, AND EVENTS. Providing her expertise in yoga, movement, breath mechanics, and corrective exercises grounded in functional anatomy and biomechanics, Elissa will tailor a program that addresses the postural challenges that the business environment presents and best serves her students’ needs.

Employees are also provided with accessible practices, therapeutic applications and Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball rolling techniques that can easily be incorporated throughout the work day to help reduce stress, eliminate pain, improve concentration and facilitate balance and ease in the body.
